Our policy requires the following steps to receive your refund:
  1. Contact customer service by sending an email to help@tochta.com with your concerns. Quite often, we are able to provide a “quick fix” for your issue.
  2. If you are still not satisfied, we will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with an address for you to ship back the mattress. Note: We cover the shipping costs of your original order but the customer is responsible for return packaging & shipping costs.
