Trial Period

We ask that you put your Tochta mattress to the test for a minimum of 14 nights before initiating a return. We highly recommend you spend at least 30 nights to allow your body to completely adjust to this new level of comfort and support.

Initiating a Return

If after trying for the recommended time, you decide that your Tochta mattress still isn’t right for you, we’re happy to initiate the return process within the 100 night return window. Please contact us at help@tochta.com to initiate your return. Mattresses can be donated to an approved local charity or recycling partner. Once we have received your proof of donation from an approved local charity or recycling partner we will refund you in full. Refunds will be credited back to the account of your original payment method and usually show up within 7 days. If you prefer, mattresses can also be returned directly to our facility in California. Tochta is not responsible for mattress removal and donation costs.

Qualifying Purchases

Tochta’s 100-night sleep trial and return policy apply only to original purchasers of a genuine Tochta mattress, purchased directly from the website at tochta.com.

Exclusions

It is the customers responsibility to verify all sizing on the order before processing payment. The 100 night trial does not cover mattresses ordered in an incorrect size or shape. In the event a mattress is ordered incorrectly, Tochta will work with the customer to make the mattress in the correct size. Send a request via email to help@tochta.com and Tochta will assess if there are additional charges necessary due to the change in size (usually due to a larger size which would have cost more from the beginning). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The Tochta mattress return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of one return per household. Returns must be exercised directly with Tochta no later than the 100th day following delivery.
