That’s why we’re proud to offer our Divini-Luxe Mattress with a customizable support system, designed to adapt to individual needs and provide the perfect balance of comfort and support for every sleeper.

The Divini-Luxe Mattress is “made for two, built for one.” Whether you’re sharing your bed or sleeping solo, our mattress support system ensures that each side of the mattress can be perfectly tailored to your unique comfort preferences and body type.

With our Comfort Revision Guarantee, if the firmness level you initially selected isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to find the ideal solution. We’ll replace the support layers as needed to ensure your mattress provides the perfect comfort for your needs—at no charge.

How It Works:

  1. Initial Selection: When you order your Divini-Luxe mattress, you’ll choose one of the following firmness levels for each side of the mattress:
    • Extra Soft
    • Soft
    • Medium
    • Firm
    • Extra Firm
  2. Comfort Adjustment – Replacement Support Layers: If the firmness isn’t quite right after trying it out, simply contact us. We will work with you to determine the correct firmness and supply replacement support layers to meet your comfort needs. We will replace the support layers as needed to achieve your ideal firmness. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we'll ensure the right adjustments are made to give you the perfect sleep experience.
  3. Contacting Us: To request a replacement layer, simply reach out to us by phone or email (888-690-1081 or help@tochta.com) and our customer support team will guide you through the process of selecting the right firmness for each side.
